DE BEMANNING
Bij Inflate Works zijn we erg trots op onze bemanning en investeren we veel tijd in het opleiden van hen. Alle bemanningsleden ondergaan gedetailleerde, gespecialiseerde training, niet alleen over de structuren waarmee we werken, maar ook over de verwachtingen van onze klanten en de veeleisende omgeving van de evenementenindustrie. We begrijpen de behoeften van onze klanten en we zorgen ervoor dat onze bemanning dat ook doet.
Alle projecten worden afgehandeld door een toegewijde projectmanager die nauw samenwerkt met de klant door middel van planning/ontwerp, logistiek en installatie/de rig.
Onze installatieploegen worden allemaal geleid door een ervaren en gekwalificeerde 'Technical Crew Chief' die het project ter plaatse zal leiden. Bij sommige grote of meer complexe installaties kan de 'projectmanager' ook ter plaatse zijn om de bemanning te leiden. Onze Crew Chiefs zijn hoog opgeleid, niet alleen in evenementenstructuren, maar ook in bijbehorende vaardigheden zoals het rijden met vorkheftrucks en verreikers. We brengen extra tijd door met onze bemanningsleiders om een grote diepgaande kennis op te bouwen die van onschatbare waarde is wanneer we ter plaatse zijn, vooral wanneer onverwachte aard van gebeurtenissen een curvebal werpt.
IW besteedt ook tijd om ervoor te zorgen dat alle bemanningsleden perfect worden geïnformeerd over het belang van werken op de locatie en de veiligheidsaspecten die aanwezig zijn bij installaties en de rigs. Bij IW nemen we gezondheid en veiligheid serieus, alle bemanningsleden ondergaan een volledige introductie en we zijn trots op onze voortdurende H&S-ontwikkeling.
Als onderdeel van onze doorlopende training vragen we klanten om feedback over al het personeel dat bij het project betrokken is geweest en gebruiken deze feedback om onze training en uiteindelijk onze klantenservice te verbeteren

In 1995 Nick Crosbie founded a design and production company called Inflate. This brand became the vehicle of an evolution of his ideas over the next 21 years which saw him initially designing and producing small household products, then developing trade shows and ultimately large outdoor event structures. The common thread through all these designs was inflatable technology. By the end of the 1990’s, there was a clear vision to create Inflate buildings.
JOU OPLEIDEND
We bieden ook uitgebreide training en back-up voor klanten die constructies van Inflate hebben gekocht. Dit kan door middel van trainingsdagen bij de klant of onsite training met de eigen crew van een klant. Als u denkt dat u de back-up van een van onze experts wilt, kan IW een technicus ter plaatse leveren voor uw eerste installatie, of zoveel installaties als u nodig heeft. IW kan ook volledige technische ondersteuningspakketten aanbieden, zodat u er zeker van bent als u van plan bent de constructies zelf te installeren en te onderhouden.
